Access to Water & Electricity For Mobile Detailing

We require access to water and electricity for our mobile detailing services. If you do not have access to either water or electricity please call us immediately at (905) - 925 - 3029  so we can schedule you for our personal location. If you have an apartment complex that will be providing the water and electricity, find the sources in advance to avoid fees. Failure to provide access to water and electricity at the time of your appointment will result in a fee (The cost of your appointment service).

Property Access

Once customers book an appointment with Luvmyrides, we have full permission to be on your property while servicing your vehicle. 

Quality of Service

We want you to be satisfied with our service. No services offered are guaranteed to completely restore your vehicle to any previous or new condition. We will try our absolute best to do our job to the best condition possible and within the constraints of our resources, time, and expertise.

Payment Terms & Conditions

Bookings are charged upon completion of the service requested. Luvmyrides accepts cash, Interac E-transfer, debit and credit cards. Any Card Declined will lead LuvMyRides Mobile Detailing to ask the customer to find a solution for the payment of the service provided. 

Accidents, Pre-Existing Condition & Damage

LuvMyRides and its contractors cannot be held responsible for any damage to the vehicle while in our care. We are as careful as possible and have never once had an accident to date. We are professionals and are skilled at what we do. If something does get damaged while detailing your vehicle, we will advise you of the incident. By agreeing to our services you also agree not to hold LuvMyRides Mobile Detailing liable for any pre-existing damages to your vehicle. LuvMyRides Mobile Detailing limits its liability to the total dollar amount of each job.

Booking Terms & Conditions

Customers are required to remove all personal belongings, money and other significant items from their vehicle prior to any type of detailing. LuvMyRides Mobile Detailing will not accept any liability for any loss or damage to any personal property including the vehicle being serviced and any belongings contained inside of the vehicle. All vehicles are cleaned at the customer’s own risk and must be able to withstand normal cleaning processes. Any damage claims as a result of cleaning will be limited to the cost of the service. 

Termination of Service

LuvMyRides Mobile Detailing may cancel any new or existing maintenance plans or services with clients if we experience that the customer is not the right fit for our services at the discretion of LuvMyRides Mobile Detailing. Instances of service termination include: going behind our back and working directly with LuvMyRides Mobile Detailing employees instead of going through the company, being rude or harsh to LuvMyRides Mobile Detailing employees, or any other reason we determine to be worthy of service termination at our discretion.

Cancellation Policy

If you are not present once we arrive OR the vehicle cannot be detailed once we arrive, you will still be charged 100% of the amount of your scheduled appointment service.

We detail rain or shine and are prepared for most weather conditions. If a cancellation is made 12 hours before your appointment no fee will be charged, anytime after a fee of 50% cost of your service will be charged. 

Due to the amount of time it takes to perform top quality services and the size of our operation, cancellations and reschedules have a lasting effect. For this reason, if you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours in advance of your appointment so we can fill that time slot and to avoid our cancellation fee (50% of your appointment cost). If your vehicle cannot be detailed once we arrive, you will still be charged the full amount of your scheduled appointment service (this includes not being present once we arrive). The following terms and conditions apply to all appointments:

  • We require 12 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment or service to avoid fees.

  • LuvMyRides Mobile Detailing reserves the right to cancel or reschedule in accordance with its staff levels, weather conditions or equipment failure at our own discretion.

  • Failure to provide vehicle and keys at the time and location of the ordered service WILL result in being charged the full amount of your scheduled appointment service (this includes you not being present once we arrive and refusing to make an appearance at your door).

LuvMyRides Mobile Detailing Changes

Luvmyrides reserves the right to modify this statement at any time. Any changes to this Service Contract will be listed in this section, LuvMyRides Mobile Detailing does not make any commitment to update the materials.

Satisfaction Policy 

If you are unsatisfied and it is clear that the service done on your vehicle does not fulfill our standards or package description, at our cost we will re-complete the service free of charge. Any claims must be brought to our attention within 24 hours of our service being complete. Contact us by phone (905) - 925 - 3029 or email luvmyridee@gmail.com. 

No Refund Policy

Once services have been paid for all sales are final, LuvMyRides Mobile Detailing does not grant refunds under any conditions. 

Packages

LuvMyRides Mobile Detailing offers three different wash options for four different car types. Prices vary depending on wash option and size of vehicle.  wash packages contents are subject to change at LuvMyRides Mobile Detailing discretion at anytime; all such changes will be reflected on www.luvmyrides.ca

Transportation Fee

Customers may be subject to fees based on transportation after a 15 kilometre distance  under LuvMyRides Mobile Detailing discretion.

I Understand That

  • By using our services you hereby understand that LuvMyRides Mobile Detailing does not guarantee any specific outcomes or results with our work.

  • Your payment to LuvMyRides Mobile Detailing is expressly for the dedicated service time on your vehicle, not tied to the attainment of any specific outcome or result.

  • LuvMyRides Mobile Detailing limits its liability to the total dollar amount of each job.

  • Luvmyrides has the ability to change this service agreement at anytime under our discretion 

  • All Sales Are Final.
